my meizu have a problemmy phone have a problem sometimes when it is on charge or when I'm using it, the telephone turn off without any command by me. can anyone help me?

I would suggest you try resetting the phone and if that doesn't work do a clean wipe (make sure your data is safe)... if none of the steps are working then it isn't a software problem and maybe try changing the charger?
