So I just have the number of step that I’ve done but not the data about my heart beating and my sleep. Do you have an idea how I can sort my problem? Is there a way to do a factory reset with the band? Thanks in advance.

If not then please do it now. If the problem still exists then please report this as a bug in the bug section. A log file along with the bug report will help devs in fixing the issue faster.
