Hey, please download the update from flyme.cn and not from some other website. The latest version is 6.1.0.0A 6.0.2.0A is a 4 months old firmware. And root directory means the internal storage of your phone. If you do have the M681H then your phone will directly flash the firmware.

If you have M681H version you can put any ROM in your phone. Just download any firmware A or G & just put it in the fone & update.
