Mx4Pro Radio/Modem ProblemHello, I have a problem with network.
I have two mx4pro. When I put my sim card on first one there is no problem with 4g, I can use web and can make and receive calls. But when I put my sim card on second one I can connect to 4g network, can use the web but I am unable to receive or make calls. Only on 2g network I can make or receive calls. Also I can connect to 3g network but unable to receive or make calls. On 4g can receive and send sms. Updated to latest available firmware. Checked antenas connections. Imei is ok. No extra software ( clean install with wipe data ) Sim card is ok ( works nice with 1st mx4pro ) Tried x#x#4636#x#x with no luck. Please help  | |

I have the same prolem, my firmware version is 6.7.7.11beta, i used CHN-UNICOM, when i stay 3G, i can not receive calls.

To me it looks like hardware problem. I assume you have checked both phones on wiped and bare same system (no 3rd party apps). If not, that's what I'd do.

Update : Can connect to 4g but device can not connect to 3g.
So when trying to make or receive calls the mobile drops connection to 3g and then because of failure to network signal loses. When call signal arrives to phone and phone tries to connect to 3g network and then phone becomes unreachable. | |
