hi,

not sure is this right place but ill describe my problem and maybe someone will help me solve it.

I went for a walk, phone was in a pocket, after around 30min want check what time is and phone was locked, needs password to flyme acc. I forgot password, never thought that ill need this password, now i know how important it is. I've reset passord to flyme acc by computer but wont works on phone. On the accont flyme a can check location my phone, sent message, erase everything, i can do all but cant unlock it.
The question is, how to unlock phone? ive wrote to support, and recived answer:

Ive done some pictures my phone with kaybord and w/o, trying find button to accept (enter) but cant see it, there is a button but sending me to next down line, making me a bit confused...

Changing keyboard not working also...

Any suggestions how to solve it?   (polish language set on)
