It might be a hardware problem. Visit your nearest service center. If you are from India it might cost you around 300 INR.

Requesting you to Visit service centre instead of asking here. The technical hardware related part cant be solved without inspection. Here we forum members are helpless for this matter because we dont know what is the actual reason behind your problem.

buy a good headphone..
1.check the phone port is clean n the pin still locked when you connect your headphone?. 2. check the headphone cable and the jack, it's still good or not,the cable not torn n the jack clean?. | |
