Try to install your firmware again. I'm also using Meizu M2 absolutely working well smoot and shiny flow.

Try flashing your firmware with clear data option. I have a m2 and I can go live on instagram and Facebook.
Also post a bug report in the bugs section. | |

Go to security app> permissions> notifications> instagram.> allow camera.
Also change the option from smart background to keep running in the background. | |
