Finally I got my mobile repaired after 2months. Display has been replaced.

2 weeks but without a single update, i had to ask them what they're doing.

How long it took for your phone to be fixed by service team. My phone has similar problem, for me bottom of the screen was not responding. One horizontal strip at the bottom was bad. Its been 4 weeks now. On April 8th I submitted my phone to service center in Bangalore and after two weeks I received the phone but display was not changed. The main service center in Delhi had simply flashed the flyme 5.1.12.0G firmware as I had flashed  beta version. Again I explained the problem and then the service center in Bangalore took the phone back for display change. Now its been 2 weeks and still no update.

May be its a suggestion for Meizu forum to survey the customer service quality across various countries. Certainly in India customer service centers needs maturity.

finger print and back button not working

Sorry for the delay. I've sent the phone to the warranty guys and they solved the problem, apparently it was a hardware issue, the defective piece was replaced and works perfectly now.

also hanging problem occur in m3 note

well my m3 note also have ghost touch only when i charge my phone the ghost touch appeared..i already reflashed the firmware with ticked clear data.. the ghost touch still appeared when i charging my phone.. i think this is a bug...

Hello there, after updating the phone cleaning all memory the problem persisted, i even tried downgrading to the latest version of Flyme 5 but nothing has changed. I'll make use of the warranty now and let them work this out.
