Not working touch at the bottom of the screenHello,
I have a problem with touch screen in my Meizu M3 Note. At the bottom I cannot use anything, it is about 1-1,5 cm from the bottom of the screen at the whole range of screen. Cannot write text messages with space or going forward during the update (cannot click the "continue" button). The back button work ok. The screen looks ok, no problem with appearance or ligthning. Nothing has crashed or flew on the screen. It is sharp as the surface which works fine. Actually the phone is at Flyme 5.1.12.0 G version. Returning to factory setting doesn't work unfortunately cannot go back to the previes version 5.1.3.4 G because it is too old :/ Anyone has an idea what seems to be the problem? have your found the swolution, i have formatter hard reset every thing but not able to get lower screen working on some apps, especially for u[pdate it wil not go onl there, something has screwed up

I opened the phone and the display was ok and the touch also, the problem was in the connector of mainboard and the screen, it should be replaced, because after closing the phone the problem appeared as it was previously. Unfortunately my phone went to the garbage, because I was not interested in downloading the bond from China and waiting one month for the package. I bought the M5 Note instead from Poland.

Even I am facing similar issue. I tried enabling "show touches" and "pointer location" and saw what happens when I touch on screen. At the bottom of the screen when y-axis value goes beyond 1600 the pointer jumps to 1900 and even I see two touch circles. Looks like display issue. I will visit meizu service center and hopefully I get display replaced.

No. I bought it from Polish distribution and on warranty in service after 1 month waiting for new parts they said it is factory defect so I had to go to the shop where I bought phone with this paper and they after 30 days gave me my money back

bro i got the same issue and i pressed all the corners of mobile and pressed a little hard on the screen and rebooted it

No way. I bought it from China from ibougou. No chance for warranty. Yes the problem was in hardware. I took everything out from metal body and turned on. Screen is ok. Working good. But when I put everything inside the problem accured. Some labels must be damage.
I had enough. There is only one service in Poland they do not have anything to offer. They have to order from China. Waiting 1 month at least. I through it into bin. I had M1 Note and M3 Note both less than half year. Same problems. Screens. It was waste of money and Tim. I was waiting 1.5 month for this phone in 2016 and had it less than 6 months... Never more. One big shit. Thanks for help. | |
