Since a week more or less I've been seeing my device is charging the battery very sower than it did as always. For example, I left it all night charging and it couldn't be able to reach 100% of charge. Someone had suffer same problem? How can it be fixed? Thx | |

I was searching on internet and i found that are more brands apart from meizu tha have same problem in some devices. i thought, related about i could read that it is a software problem. I am trying with other chargers and i am seeing when the devide is off, it charges without problem, but when is on is impossible because it have moments that connects and suddenly it breaks the connection, and again connection / disconnection.
i try to charge connecting to the electric net and computer, and it's the same. The only way to charge properly is doing with the device off | |

If this charging problem occurred after flashing your device then you have to reflash your firmware with clear data option and don't forget to back up your data before flashing your phone's firmware.
For faster charging disable your data while charging. Also try charging your phone with different chargers. | |
