Meizu M3s is popular smartphone in Russia and Ukraine. But we have a lot of problems in connection with mTouch button factory defect in all Meizu M3s smartphones. In all! Button is guaranteed to break after 1-6 months: mTouch sensor and a fingerprint scanner stop working. Moreover, after the break of the Home button, the smartphone starts to spontaneously hang and reboot. Button replacement under warranty solves the problem for a few months, then Home button will break again. Hello Alex, I don't have any of these problems with my M3s. You should try contacting the store from which you bought the phone. If you had your phone repaired and weeks later you're having the same problem. I can tell you it was never repaired properly. I don't know if Meizu sells directly to their Russian customers or if there's a supplier involved but anyway you should contact your local service point. They already repaired your phone once and since they didn't repair it properly. I'd have it send back for another reparation. If they can't repair it, It's on them to replace it with a working device. | |
