rudra964 replied at 2017-02-20 00:01 Haha... Then what is the use of security patches?

Redent replied at 2017-02-20 22:09 Only the month of the security patch is included in the build.prop file and it's not compulsory for manufacturers to patch the device, it's entirely upto them. Even companies like LG hide the security patches in developer options and hide the developer options too. You only complain if you see it, that's their mentality.

rudra964 replied at 2017-02-20 00:01 Yeah but if Google release security patch the OEM have to include it in the software ;) Otherwise, maybe the security patch are included in the file build.prop (but I don't find any security patch)
