Here the same problem, i just fixed it by using mtk sp flashtool and flash recovery, then boot into recovery, wipe cache dalvik and format all. then flash again your rom. your device should be working fine.

In case you got under Settings–>About phone Imei Null

Then probably the /nvram folder got corrupted (nvram is where imei baseband are stored )

Set manually your Imei back

Open your dialer and dial*#*#3646633#*#*

(That should open Enegineering Mode MTK ) Flyme 4.5

Now go Connectivity–> CDS information–> Radio information
Phone 1
At “AT+” type in:
AT +EGMR=1,7,"your_IMEI"
Click on “SEND AT” button below
For the secondary SIM tap Phone 2and type this command
AT +EGMR=1,10,”your_IMEI”
Send AT

I have managed to fix it but now I have lost the imei and I can not call or receive calls ..

try reinstalling sp tool drivers along with ADB drivers and try again
if not the soulution left is jtag or taking it to your nearest service center
