Bootloader unlockedMeizu says that it ships its device with open bootloader, is it true. You can see the screenshot and observe the written statement.

Bootloader is LOCKED in all Meizu devices except M2 Note, we don't know if it'll be unlocked in the future.

Open bootloader does not mean unlocked. What Meizu means by open is that you can easily root your device through the settings app itself but you cannot flash a custom ROM as the bootloader isn't unlocked.
