m2 note problemi am having charging issue in M2 note.. only after full draining, in switch off mode only it is getting charged...Any solution?

I had the same problem some months ago and my charging micro-USB port took "fire" and the back cover melt a bit too. I solved the problem sending back to meizu my phone and they changed it with another new one.
I'm sorry but I suggest you to reset your phone and installing the sistem wiping all your data: if that doesn't work I think you should contact the Meizu Customer Service and send back your phone to the assistance | |
