Issues mtouchSince 5 days mtouch(fingerprint and capacitive home button) don't work. My phone automatically switched off and I try a few times to switched on. Please fix it soon. Yesterday I downgraded Flyme 5.1.11 and clear data but also does not work.

Thank you so much. I changed launcher to nova launcher and now the reboot issue is solved  For the mbutton i have ordered the usb charging Board behind the button. Maybe it helps. | |

Those problems about mtouch is through hardware, so You must talk to provider to fix it .

I have the exactly same problem. Phone switched off and i must restart with long pressing The on - off Button. Fingerprint and capacitive button don't work although i changed The button with a new one. I don't know if it a software or hardware problem.

5
