AwesomeDroid create on 2016-12-31 07:47 does not help, This problem occurs after installation Messenger. deleting mesenger camera works well. | |

Download a new firmware update / or the same you currently are in.
And when you get the confirmation tab asking you if you are sure about upgrading your firmware make sure to hook of the "Clear App Data"  | |
