Mx5 4g (lte) problem in germanyHere is a screen shot about my phone. I changed the simkart also but I can't get 4 g .
I have Vodafone sim kart and they have other 4g frequency but why I can't get this signal ? With other phones I can get it . meizu mx5 is also with 4g can I not open other frequency in my phone? Or how can I fix it? I love my meizu but also I want to get 4g internet :(

Hello, I am living a different problem with Vodafone 4G in my country (Turkey). I use the 4G connection in some parts of the city without any problem, but my phone in my area does not see Vodafone's 4G connection. it sees 4G connections from other operators. If I write article matter: Although it is 4G everywhere in the city where I live, in some regions it does not see 4G at all. This problem is only in Vodafone. When I ask Vodafone, he claims the problem originated from the device. I do not know what will I do. Please a solution!

hahaha, your wasting your time dude, they wont be adding additional bands coz it will be expensive or time consuming for their part, and from meizu's perspective they wont spend their resources for an old device so better just throw it away and never buy device from them. the sad truth.

You must check which bands are used in your area. If the 800mhz band is used for lte then probably you won't have any luck because it is not implemented in most Chinese phones. I don't know for huawei but meizu and xiaomi 100% cannot receive 800mhz band which is very unfortunate for us Europeans...

The Meizu Custemer Services suggested to me update with 4.5.4.1A but still dont working with Lte :(
now i m using 5.1.3A and also not working Lte with Vodafone -Thank you Meizu for not supported to use 4G in Europa | |
