Also, one more note, after factory reset is done, this crash is no more reproducible. Weird.

I fixed it using factory reset, to restore default APN configuration, and it helped.
Also made a backup before factory reset, and applied it after reset is done. However, i checked the same functionality on other devices with the same update version 5.1.11, and it works fine. So probably it is a problem only on m3 note. | |

Also have this problem, just going into Setting - Sim and network - APNs - Add APN After hit 'add APN' im taken just back to the menu and nothing happens. | |
