Poor quality with slowmo video

Hello!
Recently I've tried to shoot first snow falling with a slow motion mode at my m3s but found out that it has very low resolution.
So I've tried to drop a coin in front of camera to see how it works.

Is that real to increase resolution of slowmo video to make it more useful? For example decrease it's maximum length from 60 to 20sec, but make it at least true 720p?
