I'm using Whoscall app for checking caller ID when incoming call but MX 5 not pop up when I have incoming call.
with my previous phone (Xperia and Lenovo) whoscall app was worked nomally.

How to config MX5 to make this app pop up when incoming call?

(I already try any setting such as set permission and allow app to Auto launch, alert but nothing change)
