Meizu has launched a lot of products this year which include not only new smartphones but also bluetooth headphones, smart mini router etc. Now looks like Meizu is gearing up to add a new product to its range - A Meizu smartwatch.

Some pictures have been leaked over the internet and shared by XiaomiToday which claim to be the new Smartwatch from Meizu which might be scheduled to be launched very soon.


In the first picture we see a box with Meizu branding on top. This box is claimed to be the retail packaging box which would contain the smatwatch.


 


 


In the next set of pictures we can see the actual smartwatch from Meizu in real life with different display styles. According to rumours, the display wallpaper of the smartwatch can be customised and the user can set any wallpaper of their choice including the images clicked on their smartphone to offer a personalised feel to the user.


We can also see from the images below that the smartwatch features a leather strap which gives it a premium and stylish look and makes it look elegant. The smartwatch is going to be offered in 2 colour strap options which include a black leather strap and a brown tan leather strap. Along with this there are 3 buttons seen on the right side of the display for controls.


 

 

 

 


As you might have noticed, the display styles look very similar to the clock display styles designed by Flyme designers for the Meizu Loop Jacket smartcover. The same can be seen the the next picture.


 


Meanwhile, there have been some other pictures leaked which seem to be the renders of the smartwatch. These pictures are a bit different from the pictures above. The smartwatch in these renders carry a simplistic design. These are just renders and might not actually be the final product. We would only know which ones are real when Meizu releases the official pictures of the device but the above pictures look more real.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 


As for the specifications, the smartwatch is expected to be powered by Intel's Rockchip RK6321 which has a dual-core Cortex A5 processor.


In the last set of pictures, we see an envelope which is said to be the press invite for the launch event. As per the envelope, the date mentioned for the launch event is 10th August and this could be the date for the launch of the new Meizu smartwatch.
