Go to App Store and install GMS Installer. Through it, you can install all Google services and Play Store.

same problem with meizu m3s. google play services 14.7.96 create problem to all google apps. With GMS installer i recover to an earlier version .. and it works. But every time i connect to wifi google services updates automatically
