I think that I found the solution:

-> check timezone that you ARE NOT IN, for example I have United Kingdom and Spain on lock screen.

In my case I got selected Spain in Region settings menu.

-> Change the Region setting to the one that is not yours, In my case United Kingdom :

Goto   Settings -> Language & Time -> Region -> United Kingdom (in my case)

Then the lock screen only shows one clock with the right time for your zone.

I think the region setting only is applied to meizu's apps.

hi, the solution is simple. go to language & time settings > select region USA  that's it. Check your lockscreen and see if dual clock is gone. then go to settings again > select Time change to AM or PM depends on what is your actual time is. hope this one helps

hello , i had the same issue since 2 years.
i have reset my phone twice  everytime the time change (summer time/winter time , in France) everytime the time changed the dual time was set on the lock screen !!
i have finally mayve found the solution to this problem.
Go to :
- "Parameters" and on the top you have your Flyme account :

- then select "cloud service"

To finish active the synchronization of traffic data  :

For my "Meizu pro 6 plus" it has worked and the second time has disappeared.

i hope it will work for your too.

Good luck
