	From Forum App Comment rudra964： OTA release takes a month after the firmware is available. You don't have to factory reset the device. Just create a backup through backup & restore option in Settings app then click on the downloaded 2018-05-15 15:02

You don't have to factory reset the device. Just create a backup through backup & restore option in Settings app then click on the downloaded firmware. Tick clear data and then click on update now. After new firmware is successfully flashed, go to restore backup option in Settings app and restore everything back.
