Hey, first of all shut down your device by holding the power button. Then press vol up and power button to restart the device. It will go to recovery mode. Connect your phone to PC and it will show a recovery drive. Now copy the firmware to that drive, shut down device, go to recovery again by pressing vol up and power button and flash firmware with clear data ticked.
