Pathetic service @ Regenersis India Pvt Ltd.I got pathetic service @ Regenersis India Private Limited Lamington Road,Grant Road. I had an issue with horizontal line on the screen so I drop at their place as is it in warranty but I don’t know if they have any certified repair guy with certified repairing tool kit. Take a look at the uploaded pics and see how the mobile repaired opened the phone and they refused for their mistake. @ Dear Meizu can you allote me fresh piece as I cant live with that much of hole @ the charging point & also it is not properly fit. They also put some ROM that doesnt needed even I asked for the missing screw but they said they don't have any screws. What kinda service center is this??

You will have to ask them to fix the phone for free. From there the phone will most probably be sent to Bangalore for further repairs. If they don't accept their mistake then threaten them with either a police case or consumer complaint. Meizu only partners with these Service Centers so they can't do anything about it.

I faced similar problem. I took the phone to service center here in Bangalore and after 2months I got my phone back with display replaced. Meizu has to improve the service time.
