Downgrade to Flyme 5 with clear data. Log in to the Snapchat and then update to Flyme 6 WITHOUT clearing data. It works fine for me.

Go to security app>permissions> app permissions >Snapchat>use camera> allow. Also allow modify system settings permission and change smart background to keep running in the background.
