I didn't get the google appswhen it installs the older version will erase the data error will appear ....give me solutions for this

Google services has to be installed Everytime you flash your firmware. Go to hot apps and download Google services installer GMS and run it.

Uninstall GMS and all Google apps including play services, Google account manager run cleaner and restart your phone. Now download GMS again and install fresh.
