You could try a factory reboot, and see if that works, otherwise let me/moderator know if that doesn't work

Buddy u gotta switch off the device.
Now press, power and vol+ button simultaneously untill you see Meizu logo and release the buttons. Device enters into recovery mode. See if you can do any thing like clear data from recovery mode. You can also connect the device to a PC while in recovery mode, upload compatible firmware to the root folder and try System upgrade option thereafter from recovery mode options | |
