Thanks for your support and the solution. now my M2 running normaly with firmware 5.1.12 OG.
1. Upgrade Firmware to 5.1.12 OG ( with option wipe app...)
2. Open Hots App ( when i/m open the hots app in my phone. automaticaly Google Mobile Service is running and need to install so i/m installed and update after installed complete
3. Now I Have Hots APP , App Store and Play Store
4. And I Can Installed the App
5. Happy
6. Done Case Close...
