I Found A Way Solve , Follow Me Step By Step : Root Phone: 1- Go To Settings ---> Fingerprint and security --->Root Premission , And Checked Button And Ok Then Enter Your Password Flyme Account Then : 2-Install Titanium Backup App And Go To Titanum App & Uninstall Opera Max App Then: 3-Restart Your Phone****This is Important | |

If you don't want to root you can try Greenify without root and keep running it in background. It will freeze any app you want.
