I am from India, and Meizu India Team has already hinted by saying that it's possible that we will see a direct jump from Lollipop to Nougat. So I am hoping that flyme 6 should be based on Android Nougat as  already available flyme 5.2 is based on Android 6

It says (if you dont want to read) pro 7 comes with flyme 6 and if you check the specs it says android 6.0.1
To crearify... im not arguing ... just telling all things i read and you dont...
The post you made of "the jump to nougat" has a year old, but the facts today are from the leaks of the pro 7.... Even you were right... there are cpu's not compatible with android 7 as you can read in the first link i copy pasted for you...

dear leo, i don't mean to say you are wrong and i am right i just pointed out a possibility and i had already read both the posts you shared here, i know pro7 is tested on android6 platform like benchmarks says, but my view is  i can see nougat based flyme coming soon based on flyme india team's reply. Your opinion is more likely to be true that initial version of flyme 6 is based on android 6 but it should not be long before we see a flyme 6 version based on android 7.
And there is no compatibility issue with exynos 8890 (likely to be there in pro7)

MX5 SOC supports Android Nougat. Flyme based on latest android Nougat is expected to be releasing soon
