Solution Center: Problem: I can't download / apply themes, but have a working internet connection. Solution: change the timezone to China Hong Kong and redownload / reapply. Requested Apps:

Yes. You get the paid version of apps for free.Like I got SuperSU from the Google playstore and unlocked it to the pro with the AppCenter | |
