Upgrading from Flyme 4.5.7IHi,
I'm trying to upgrade my m1 note from Flyme 4.5.7I. I've tried to install Flyme 5.1.5.0G and Flyme 5.1.6.0G but when I tap on them in Documents the only options are View or Extract and I can't get it to update. Is it a problem going from I to G, am I trying the wrong update or something else wrong? Thanks, Luke | |

just put the update zip on storage not in document folder just paste it the go to file explorer or documents

I figured it out:
1. download the update.zip for 5.1.6.0G onto your pc. 2. turn phone off. 3. hold volume up then press power to boot into recovery. 4. plug phone into pc 5. paste update.zip into the 'recovery' drive 6. press upgrade on phone. hope this helps anyone else having trouble updating. | |

Will upgrading erase the installed applications? Just want to make sure before doing so... | |
