Mx5 Root problemI want to downgrade my meizu mx5 from Flyme 6.7.3.3g beta to Flyme 6.2.0.0G, but i failed to do it because whenever i tried to flash it with update.zip it says firmware corrupt,I think its root issue.. in settings,security i can see root permission option but when i check from root checker it says,
root access is not properly installed on this device.. and when i open supersu app it says, root undetected, please help Me to solve this issue i tried almost everything but i m failed to resolve this issue.. thanks in advace waiting for reply.. Sorry about my bad English...

how you try to root your device? retry once again with flyme id. then flash recovery then flash rom or directly one time you try to update the rom from recovery mode with clear data tick mark guide is available in same fourm. any query leave reply

Brother my phone was rooted and working fine.. but since i tried to unroot it with super su.. it stuck in between (root/unroot).. when i check my root permissions in mobile settings it shows normal rooted mobile but when i check root from root checker it says Sorry root access is not properly installed.. and when i just open supersu app it says root undetected.. even i tried to reroot by following quickshortcut maker method but nothing happened.. my mobile is confused between rooted/unrooted.. because as i said in mobile settings everything is normal about root access.. but when i check root access with other apps it shows unrooted.. and this is why i think i cant downgrade or upgrade my flyme os it always says firmware corrupt.. and one more and last thing.. last time i upgraded my flyme on some beta verison after that maybe i having all this issues..

What root checker app is saying (Sorry! Root access is not properly installed) then why this picture is saying (Rooted Device

if you're unrooted with "supersu" this would be a problem for you. your system will not recognize this unroot operation.
