Hi all, device : pro 7 plus (6/128)Mac address as well not recognizing 02:00:00:00:00:00( Bluetooth as well. ) how can I fix this problem.. Suddenly it happened. No dropped no crashed... Had the 7.1.1.0G reset to factory settings did not helped, downgrade to 7.0.0.0G did not helped and app crashed all the time, installed the 7.1.0.0G and now stable but still with the same problems, No WLAN, Bluetooth, and portable hot-spot. Unfortunately
It's hardware issues. If you in still have warranty Use it. !. Otherwise.. Live with it.. Or buy a new cell. Best wishes friends. | |
