Uninstall all Google apps and install again with GMS Installer, for me worked, the issue is a Google Services wrong work in your phone

well i fixed it by myself...
i downloaded Google play services version 12.6.88 from apkmirror, replaced the updated app of 14th july and tada.... everything works like before.... just don't forget to disable auto update apps in play store settings... NOTE- i ***in lost my mind when it happened today | |
