Can't update my Pro 7 Plus

After I got my Pro7 Plus I changed my Firmware from A version to G (6.1.2.3G). Only cause all google apps were not working on the A version.


So after version 6.3 and 7 came out, I tried to update both times without any success:-/

I tried every solution I found to install the update, like:


- download on phone and open the update.zip file explorer --> Got message to restart to update, but lead me only to a restart without update


- Copy update.zip to root and try to install it with recovery loader --> Tells me always "file corrupt"


- first started the recovery loader then plugged in the USB and copied the update.zip into it and started the update --> Tells me always "file corrupt" and deletes the file in the recovery folder


I also set my phone back to factory and tried everything again, but without any differences.
And yes I did download from the official website.

It's really frustrating and I can’t believe how your company is handling all this stuff. Even if I click on Update in the phone setting it is telling me "your version is up to date" (6.1.2.3G).


Is there any solution I still can try? Or do I have an option to go back to the real factory reset (A version) or even to the Beta?
