You sure you are having Flyme 6.1.3.2G. If you have this version, then just try to update the 6.3.0.0G. Make sure your download is not stuck. Try to download in a high speed network and in pc or phone say chrome browser. And then you can update your device. But please make sure all these things. If you are still having problem, do report in bug section, they will resolve your issue.
