please answer me some questions,all about meizu m3 note.

1.Why Meizu m3 Note "L" users didn't get any Android Nougat 7.0 Update yet? while the Same model but "M" users already have it?

2.Why "L" users can't get Flyme 7 yet? while "M" users already have it?

3.Why "L" users can't join the global beta team? while "M" users can?

4.Why "L" users can't change font? while "M" users can? Even "L" users have very limited ammount of themes on their theme store!!
