Hello to all,
I bought an MX5 device, just to replace my previous phone in the awaiting time needed to be serviced. Seems that I loved the device enough to keep it as my daily phone, despite its age.

All well and good, besides 2-3 small problems.

After the Flyme update its latest revision (6.1.0.0G 2017-07-28), some corcks have come to surface.
Most of them are just annoying, one though is serious.

1. Google Device Policy seems to need confirmation ALL THE TIME, lets say around 3-4 hours per day. It isnt blocking google apps from working perfectly, but as I mentioned above, it is annoying. Note that i keep a business gmail account in MX5 so Device Policy app is absolute necessary to be there.

2. Netflix seems to have a minor problem (for some is a big one). Works fine, quite quickly to be honest. But when streaming begins, the on-screen controls just do not re-appear. You touch the screen, you can see the controls flash for a milisecond and they disappear again, at which you have to press Back button and play again if you want to move your movie forward / back etc.

3. After the update, I cannot find contacts which start with greek characters. As you have already imagined I am Greek, so most of my Contacts are in Greek language. Although, that problem is already solved by using Nova Launcher Pro along with Sesame Shortcuts. Just mentioning it if someone has a similar problem with language stuff besides Chinese or English.

4. Serious problem though, is GPS. After the update, GPS just dont seem to work. It locks fast as ever, but Google Maps does not want to begin working. It shows where you are, without any destination it works perfectly, but when you set a destination and choose Start, just stays there. I though that, maybe this was a problem of Google Maps due to the Device Policy issue, so I bought Sygic from PlayStore but the problem remains the same. So and so, GPS navigation has become useless.

I hope that someone knows anything, at least for the GPS issue. The first two issues do not trouble me that much, though I would love to make them go away, the third issue is already solved (at least, it did for 8 euros )
