I'm stuck with Chinese ROMHi,
I'm a big fan of Meizu so I couldn't wait and bought my 7 Pro Plus from China in July (a mistake that I'll never do again). But now, I am stuck with the chinese ROM (FlymeOS xxxxx A) and I'd like to switch to the international ROM (FlymeOS xxxxx G). But I get the famous "Corrupted Firmware" message when trying to upgrade (and no, the ZIP file is fine and matches with its MD5 signature). Then, I've seen messages regarding changing the Phone ID, but nothing seems to apply to the 7 Pro Plus but to older phones. And I don't want to apply any Shell scr ipt I don't understand. Please help me ;) | |

if you want to change you firm to A to G or G to A you have to root your mobile and downgrade your mobile
but rooting your mobile may be risk in causing bootloader | |

I'm in the exact same position!
Bought the Pro 7 Plus days after its release in China since I was currently working there and now I'm wanting to install the international firmware. I've attempted several times and nothing seems to happen. I rooted my phone by going to the fingerprint and security but it hasn't done anything except open up root options for individual applications, not the entire mobile. Hopefully someone replies with a full explanation as to what can be done about this. | |

Try to enter recovery mode and to flash it again with the ROM that was working.

1. Download an official 6.1.2.0G
2. Enter recovery mode (Power + Volume Up)
3. Plug your phone into PC and you will see "recovery" drive in
