Battery non charging over 43%

Hi,
till I update my M2 to 6.1.0.0G battery acts wierd.
Looking at battery info it seems that there's two batteries one ok an one ko.
On a shell I use

dumpsys battery

Current Battery Service state:

Is it normal?
Doing this command on your device which values are returned?
