Really you followed all steps properly? Remember first of all you need to log out from the account and also net should be turned off other wise downgrade will not work, also place the zip file inside the internal memory but not inside any folder. Recovery mode only works by then otherwise will not work. | |

Obuli_Dinesh create on 2017-07-24 09:56 You have placed the zip file inside the folder ucdownloads, Recovery will not able to find the file, place it inside the internal memory, means where all the folders are shown just by opening the file explorer. look at the pic I uploaded carefully you will then understand where to paste the file. | |

copy the file from the ucdownloads folder and place it at the main location of the internal memory. Look at the pic, file explorer showing Disk, place the file here then follow the downgrade process.

Obuli_Dinesh create on 2017-07-25 03:48 Glad at last you solved your problem, for Google apps, you can use either hot apps based Google installer or you can just download a zip file from here and then after unzipping the file install all the apps of the unzipped folder which will allow to use Google apps on your phone lastly. | |

Hello!
I need help with my mx4pro. I tried to change the firmware and after restart of phone and after optimixing applications, the screen flicker in a blue and dark screen. After this, I tried to put another firmware with recovery from pc, but, when arrive to ptess start button, require a pssword and I have not ideea about can I to do. I tried with some combination and I see that only 5 charachters is allowed. Can you help me, please? | |
