When we downloading, there is no downloading status, but if it already downloaded, the notif will pop up in unimportant notification, and also when finish installing an app, it also displayed in unimportant notification. I don't know if it is a bug or some change that included in 2nd open beta.

It is not a bug...... or anything they just removed the downloading status for now.... it will be fixed in coming update
