Got some problem with Instagram on my M3s. He can't find my location with only wifi or mobile network turned on. Location works only with GPS. What's wrong?

On LG I could find my location using only mobile network. GPS was turned off.

Only mobile internet. But location won't be exact. GPS can find your exact location. Instagram works the same way.
