I need to remove an app from it. I added an app and I couldn't find the app in the application list now. I don't know how to launch the apps added in privacy Mose. Please help!

I figured out that we just need to unlock using the new passcode set during the Privacy Mode enablement. It's pretty cool feature. I love it!
