When I'm in 5.12G my phone is like that then I flash again with same firmware and wipe it's back normal again

Добрый вечер. Ребят помогите пожалуйста! У меня такая проблема я захожу в флайм на компе в личный кабинет,а там пишет устройств не обнаружено ни контакты ни смс и когда нажимаю найти телефон на карте пишет подключите устройство((( я уже все настройки перешерстил но так и не нашол ни чего(((.
