meizu make a really nice job with mx 4, mx4 pro and pro 5
i really love pro 5 hardware, for me better than nexus 6p only problem of meizu is software... watch one plus 3, i had pro 5, mi5, and i buy this op3.... it´s the phone of the year for some reason and main reason is superb hardware AND ESPECIALLY SOFTWARE OPTIMIZATION WITH HARDWARE.... | |

meizu handicap is flyme, chinese brands start to open their eyes and make phones with custom clean roms , not buggy and *** as flyme, miui, etc etc
and flyme is a piece of crap bad integration with google services some well know bugs since flyme 4.5 that still the same ( for example the download folder folder in gallery don´t update correct) notiifications in some devices they work, in others they dont.... for example, in mx4 notifications were working nice, in pro 5, only with pnf root i have all notifications... flyme for me is better than miui in apps contpatibility but worst in speed optimization or updates a flasgship from 2015 still have 5.1 in 2017 is total lamme | |

"Meizu never again" should be their catch phrase, it's pretty damn accurate
 and if there's some users who're thinking about buying a phone from Meizu reading this simply don't, get anything but Meizu.Anyway I'd like to add that last I've heard was that the dev team actually mostly agree and acknowledge the issues users have found but the higher ups simply do not give a damn about it, and want things done the way THEY decided it'd be instead on working on things users want.. this might be ok in their homeland but never here. | |

Totally agree, if there is something more updated Android I and all my family who use these phones will not buy and we will not advise anyone MEIZU. Very upset that that you take Chinese brands at crazy price and at the same time in the ancient android and no update fixes some minor shell, is very low and not nice on their part.

I have official Flyme 6 for chinese phones 6.0.1.0A.
Apart from mentioned bugs there are new. There are two that I really dislike: default apps are changing back to stock apps every day or on restart and time from time phone “cleans” itself deleting documents, photos, other files... So, yeah, much to do and.to fix. And still android 5.1  Device has such amazing specs and still struggling with OS... Just sad...  | |

I've got a Pro 5 64GB. Yes, lots of bugs. E.g. I cannot lower or raise the volume while speaking, because the proximity sensor, by deactivating the screen, disables the volume buttons.
Some other time, the phone restarts without no reason... I don't have Nougat, si I cannot use several options developed for Android 7.1... The Pro5 is a great piece of hardware, but there won't be another Meizu after this, sorry. | |
